GeneraZ: No wazver by Secured Party of any default
` shall operate as a waiver of any other default or of the same
default on a subsequent occasion. All rights of the Secured
Party shall inure to the benefit of his successors and assigns,
and~all obligations of Debtor shall bind its successors and
assigns. The terms and provisions contained herein shall,
unless the context otherwise requires, have the meanings and
be construed a~ provided in the Uniform Commercial Code of
FZorida.
