That we, JACK L. ROGERS and LUCY JANE ROGERS, parties

of the first part in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, received from or
on behalf of G. B. WALTERS and ALLIECE WALTERS, Husband and i
Wife, 507 North 13th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, :

parties of the second part, at or before the ensealing and ,
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby ;

acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer 3
and set over unto the said parties of the second part that ;

certain Agreement for Deed bearing date the lst day of December ~
1966, made by JACK L. ROGERS and LUCY JANE ROGERS his wife, in
favor of DAVID WYNN and LUCILLE WYNN, his wife, 416 North 38th
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and recorded in Official Records
