TRUSTEE DEED
THIS TRUST DEED, made this 7th day of Februarv .
1973, by DONALD S. KATES and EDWARD H. MEIER, as co-trustees
under that certain Indenture of Trust executed by Joseph R.
Pedevill, as donor, dated March 1, 1956 and recorded ~
in O.R. Book Z~o at page of the~ic
re s o St. Lucie County, Florida, here~er referred
to as Grantors, to ROBERT PEDEVILL, hereinafter referred to as
Grantee. .
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, ac ting in pursuance ~
and by virtue of the powers contained in the aforesaid Inden-
ture of Trust, and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ~
($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, release, convey and conf irm unto the Grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
and described as follows (being an undivided 1/8th interest
in said land):
The E 1/2 of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the
