TRUSTEE DEED
THIS TRUST DEED, made this 7th day of February ~
1973, by DONALD S. KATES and EDWARA H. MEIER, as co-trustees
under that certain Indenture of Trust executed by Joseph R.
Pedevill, as donor, dated March 1, 1956 and recorded i~~v4~y
in O.R. Book ~Ztv at page IZ~~ of the pubtic
re or s o St. Lucie County, Florida, hereina ter referred
to as Grantors, to ANNE P. KATES, hereinafter referred to as
Grantee. _
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, acting in pursuance
and by virtue of the powers Gontained in the aforesaid Inden- <
ture of Trust, and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars `
($10.00)-and other good and valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledqed, hereby grant, bargain, sell, .
alien, remise, release, convey and conf irm unto the Grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
and described as follows (being an undivided 1/8th interest
in said land):
The E 1/2 of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 and the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the
NW 1/4, Section 21, Township 35 South, Range

i lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through, or under
