is the identical person named as grantee in that certain warranty
deed dated July 10, 1971 and recorded August 6, 1971 in Official Re-
cord Eiook 194, Page 1507, Public Records of St. l.ucie County, Florida~
in which Noward Edelstein and Rose Edelstein, his arife, made convey-
ance of the above referenced real property to :•telvin E. Shaffner and
Evangeiina Shaffner, his wife,
You r affiant states further that he is the identical person arho., with
his wife, Angelina Shaffner, executed that certain mortgage to First
Fedezal Savings and Loan Assaciation of Fort Pierce in the amount of
$15,000.00 dated January 17, 1973 and recorded January 24, 1973 in
Official Record Book 210, page 1004, public Records of St. Lucie
Coun ty, Flo ri da .
Affiant states further that Evangelina Shaffner named as grantee with
hi;~ in that certain wa rranty deed referred to herein and Angelina
Shaffner who, with hirn, F?as named as mortgagor on that certain mort-
gage to First Federal Savings anct Loan Associatirn df Fort Pierce
referrpd ta herein are one and the sa me person.
