1Z. That, in order morc fuily to protect the security of this mort-
~age, the n~ortgagor, together with, and in addition to~ the monthty paynnents
under the terms of the note secured hereby. on the first day of each month ~
until the said note is iully paid. and in addition to the prov:sions hereinbefore
