2.8 Comm~n expenses include:
(a) Expen~es of administration and management
of the Association and of the Ccndominium pr~perty.
(b) Expenses of mainte~ance, operation, repair
or replacement of the common elements, limited common
elements, and of the portions of the apartment to be
maintained by the Association.
- (c) The costs of carrying out ihe powers and
duties of the As~ociation.
(d) The costs a~d expenses under t~~ t~rms an~
provisions of the Ninety-Nine Year Lease.
(e) Expenses declared common exFense~ by the
orovisions of this Declaration or by the B~-Laws of
the Association.
(f) Any valid charge against the Condominium

2.9 Condominium means al-1 of the condominium p'ro~erty
as a whole_ when_the context so permits, including the lands
and all improvements thereon, an~t all easements and rights
of way appurtenant thereto intended for use.in co~nection
with the Condominium.

3.1 Amendmen± of Plans. Developer reserves the ri ht
