(b) Expenses of mainte~ance, operation, repair or replacement of the common elements, limited common elements, and of the portions of the apartment to be maintained by the Association. - (c) The costs of carrying out ihe powers and duties of the As~ociation. (d) The costs a~d expenses under t~~ t~rms an~ provisions of the Ninety-Nine Year Lease. (e) Expenses declared common exFense~ by the orovisions of this Declaration or by the B~-Laws of the Association.
