6. Memaershi in Association. Membership of each apartment
owner in t e Assacaation s a e acquired p~rsuant to the pr~~~3s~ons
af the Articles of Incarporation and 8y-Laws ef the Association.
The interest of ea~h apartment unii, owner in the funds and assets
held by th~ Association shall be in the same propoztic~n as the lia~•--- •
bility of each such owner for common expenses.
7. M_a_ ntenar~ce Alteration and Im rovement. ResFonsibility
for the maintenance o t e Condominium property, and restrictions upon
its alteration and improvement shall be as follows.
7.~ ~Apartments.
(a) B the Association. The Associati~n shall main-
tain, repair and rep ace at the Associ~tion's expense:
• All comman elements and limited common elements.
(2) 411 poxtions of an apartment, except interfor
surfaces, contributing to the support of the apartrr~ent
building, which portions shall include but not be
limited to load-bearing colum~~s ar~u ~aa~-bearing walls.
(3~ All coridui±s, ducts, plumbing, wiring, an~i
other fa~ilities fer th~ furnishino of ~tility se~vices
contained in the oortions of an apartment that service
part or parts of the Condominium other than the
apart~nent within which contained.
(4) All incidental damage caused to an apartment
by reas~n of rr,~intenance, repair and replacement
accomplished purs~artt to ~he provisions of 7.1 (a)
(2), and (3) above.
(b) B the A artment Owner. The responsibility of
the apartment owner or maintenance, repair and replacement,
sh~?? be a~ fo~~ows:
(1) To maintain, repair and replace at hi~ ex~~:sC

'i and the approval of the Association.
~ (3) To promptly rePort to the Association any
defect or need for repairs for which the Asscciation
is responsible.
! 7.2 Parkin S aces. The Association shall maintain and
; repair at t~ Association's expense aIl parki~g spaces.
7.3 Recreation krea. Maintenance, repair, replacement,
alteration and i~np?~-~--- :~•~nt of the R~creation Area shall be by
~ the Association at ~h~ Associatian's expense, pursuant to the
; terms and provisions of the Ninety-?~ine Year Leas~.
