~?.14 Interior hallwa s. All doors between apartments
and interior a. ways s a.~e kept closed at all times when
not being used for ingress or egress. Screens or screen doors
on entrances between apartment units and interior corridors
are prohi~~ted unless specifically authorized by the Associa-
tion.
12.i1 R-e- ~-u-~l--ations. Reasonable reg~lations concerning
the use of co~dom-
iium property may be made and amended from
time to time by the Association in the manner provided by its
Articlas of Incorporation and By-Laws. Copies of such regula-
tions and amendments shall be furnished~by the Association to
alI apartment owners and residents of the Condominium upon
request. ~
12.12 Proviso. Provided, however, that until Oeveloper
has completed all of the contemplated improvements and closed
the sale of a11 of the apartments of the Condominium, neither
the apartment ownexs nor the Association, nor the use of the
Condominium property sha~l interfere with the ~ompletion of the
contemplated improvements and the sale of the apartments.
Developer may make such use of the unsold units, ~ommon elements
and common areas, and of the Recreation Area, as may facilitate
such co~pletion and sale, includi~g, but not i~mited ta, _
maintenance of a sale of£ice, shaving of the property, and
the display of si.gns.
I3. Maintenance of commvnit interests. In order to ~naintain
