(a) NGtice to Association.
(1) Sale. An apartment owner i~tendin~ to
make a bona~ide sale of his apartmen~ or any inteIest
in it shall give to the Association notice of such
i~tention, together ~•rith the name and address of the ~
intended purchaser and sui:;i other information concerning .
the intenc?ed parchaser as the Association may reasonably
require. Such ;iotice at the apartment owner's op~ion
may include a demand by the apartment owner that the
Association furnish a purchaser of the apartment if
the proposed purchaser is not approved; and if such
demand is made, tt~e notice shall he accompanied by aR
executed copy of the proposed contract to sell.
(2) Lease. An apartment owner intendir.g to m~ke
a bona fide ease of his apartment or any interest ~.n
it shall give to the Association notice of such
i~tention, together with the name and address of the
intended leasee, such other inforr~ation concerning the
intended lessee as the Associatian mav reasonably
require and an executed ~opy of the propcsed ~ease,
(3) Gift devise or inheritance• other transfers.

previously considered, shali give to the Association
notice of th~ acquiring of his ;,itle, together with
' such information concernir.g the dpa~tment owner as the
! Association may reasonably require, and a certifiec~
copy of the i~strcrmerrt evidencing the o,~ner's ti t1e,
(Y) ~~i?~,~rA t~ c~a~ve notice. If the above
required notlce to t e Association is r~ot given, inen
at any time after receiving knowledge of a transaction
er event transferring o:vnership or possession ~f an
~ apart~r~ent, the Association at its election and without
~ notice may approve ~r disapprove ~he transaction or
~ ownership. If the Association disapproves the trans-
i actions ~r ~wnership, the Association sha11 proceed
~ as it it ha~ TCCC~V~~ ~he rey~.:ire~ n~tice on ttie date
j of such disapproval.

' (b) Certif icate of ap rp oval.

~ (1) Sale. If the proposed transaction is a
~ sale then tfin tt~irty ( 30 ) days at ter TeC~3~ ~ cf such
notice and ;~formation the Associ~tion must either
¢ a~prove or disapFrove the proposed transaction. If
apFroved, the approval shall be stated in a certificate
executed by any officer of ti:e Association, in record-
able form.
