COLONNADES COtiDOMINIUM ASSOCIATIOI~i NO. 7, INC.
1. Identity. These are the By-Laws of COLONNADES CONDOMINIUMS
ASSOCIATION N0. 7, INC., hereinafter called the "Association," ~
corporation not foz profit under the laws of the State of Florida~
organized pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 71i, Florida Statutes
, hereinafter referre~l to as the "Co,~dominium Act,"
1.1 The office of tha Association shall be at ~
, Fort Pierce, Florida.
1.2 The fiscal year of the Association shall be the
calend~r }~ear.
1.3 The s~al of the Associatian shall bear the name of~
the corporation, the word "Florida", and words "corporation
not for profit", and thz year of incorporation.
2. Members' zneetinqs.
2.I The annual members' m~etinq shall be held at the
