2.3 Notice of all members'_mPetings stating the tim~
and ~lace and fihe object for which ~he meeting is called shall
be given by the Preside~t or Vice-?reside~t ~r Secretar~
' unless waived in ~4Titing. Such notice shall be in writing to
each member at his address as it appears on the books of the
Association and sha11 be mailed not less than seven (7) nor
more than forty-five (45) days prior to the date of the
meeting. Proof of such mailing shall be given by the affidavit
of the person giving the notice. Netice of ineeting may be
waived before or after meetings.
2.4 A q~aoru~ at members' meetinqs shall consist of
persons sntitled to cast a majority of the votes of the
entire membership. The acts approved by a majo~ity of ~he
votes present at a meeting at which a quorum is present shall
constitute the acts of the m~??bers, except vvhen approval by a_
greater number of ine~nb~rs is required by=ths Dpclaration of
Candominium, the Articles of IncorForation, or these By-Laws.
2.5 Votinq.
(a) In any meeting of inembers, the owners of
condominium units shall be entitled to cast one vote
for each condominium unit owned.

(b) If a condominium unit is o.med by o~e person
