charged with the duty of ncminating one person for eaGh
direct~r to be el.ected, pr ~vid~d, however, additio~al
nominations shall bz re~eived from the floor prior to
elections at the annual election meeting.
(c) The election shall be ty ballot (unless
Uispensed with by unanimous consent) and by a plurality
of the votes cast, each person voting being entitled to
cast his votes for each of as many nominees as there are
vacancies to be filled. There shall be no cumulative
voting.
(d) Except as to vacancies created by removal of
~irectors by members, vacancies in the Board of Directors
occurring between annual meetings of inembers shall be
filled by the remaining directors.
(e) Any director may be removed by concurrence o:
two-thirds of the votes of the entire membership at a
special meeting of the members called f~r the purpose.
The vacancy in the Board of Directors so created shall
~ be filled by the members of the Associati~~ at the same
~ meeting.
~ (f) Frovided, however, -~hat until the Developer
~ has c~osed the sales of all of the condominium ur.its, or

until the Developer elects to terminate it~ control of
_ -the Association, or until the first annua? members' meeting
taking place after th~ Declaration oi Condominium has been
recorded for one (1) year, whichever occurs first, the
first Directors of the Association shall serve, and in the
event of vacancies, the remairing di_rectors shall fill the
vacancies, and if there are no remaining directors, the
~ vacancies shall be filled by the Geveloper.
