~ecreation area, in beh3lf of and in the name of the
Association.
(b) To enter into a lor.g-term management contract,
pro~•iding for the management of the condominium property
and of the recreation area.
(c) To enter into contracts for the purpose of
m~king available to the owners of cond~minium units and
the iesidents of the condominium apartment bu~.lding sWCh
services as, but not limited to, door man and automobile
parking; maid s~rvice; security alarm system and the like,
_ provided, however, that the term or period of such
contracts shall not exceed fifteen (15) years, and
provided, further, that said contracts may provide for
additional extensions of the original term in the absence
o~ written notice of termination by either party. No
such contract srall impose a~y involuntary monetary obligdtion
or assessment uF~n any resident of the condominium building
or upon the Association, but shall serve only to make
available such sexvices a~ the election and option cf the
~ user.

i 5. Officers.

~ 5.1 Th~ executive officers of the Association shal.l be a
~resident, who shall be a director, a Vice-President, who shall
~ be a director, a Treasurer and a Secretarv, all of whom shal? be
elected annually ~y the 6~ard or Directors, and such Assistant
Secretaries and Assistant Treasurers as the Board of Directors
may from time to time determine upon. An~y person may hold two
or :nor~ offices exceFt that the same person shall not hold the
~ office of President and Vice-Fresident, provided, however, that
~ the President shall not also be the Secretary or an Assistant
~ Secretary. Any efficer may be remcved peremptori~.y by ~ vote of
~ two-tnirds of the directors present at any duly constituted
~
