ten percent (109K) of the memb~rship. Amendments may be proposed by the
Board of Directors by action of a majority of the Board at any
reguZarly c~nstituted meeting thereof. Upon an a~endRient being
proposed as herein provided for, the President er, in the event of
his refusal or failure to act, the Boar~ of Directors, shall call a
meeting of the membership to be held within sixty (60) days for the
purpose of conside~ing said amendment. Directors and members not
present in person or by proxy at th~ meeting considering the amendmenti
may express thzir approval in writing, ~roviding such approval is
delivered to the Secretary at or prior to the meeting. Except as
elsewhere provided, such approvals must be either by:
(a) Not less than two-thirds (2/3) of ~he entire membership
of tht~ Board of Directors and by not less than fifty-one (51%)
percent of the votes of the entire membership of the Assoc~ation;
or ~
(b) Not less than fifty-ona percent (51~) of the entire
membership of the Association; or
(c) In the alternative, an amend~?~ent ~ay be made by an
agrQement signed and acknowle:~aed by aiI apartment owners in ihe
manner required far thE execution of a deed, and such amendment
shall be effective when recorded in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
(d) Until the first election of directors, and so long as
the initial directors designated in the Certiricate of In~orpora-
i tion shail remain in office, proFosal of an amendment and
! approval thereof sha11 require only the affirmativ~ ac~ion af all

unit owners nor any approval thereof need be had.

8.i Proviso. Provided, hcKever, that no amendment shall
' discriminate against any ~ondominium unit oyvner nor against any
condominium unit or c~ass or group of ~anits unless the condomin~um
unit ovtiners sc affected shall consent. No ar;er.dment shall be made
that is in conflict ~vith tr~e Articles of Incorporation or the
Declaration of Condominium.
