8.2 Execution and recordinQ. A copy of each :.nendment shall
be a~tached to a certificate certifying tha~ the a:nend~r,en~ was
duly adopted as an amnndment of the Declaration and By-Laws, which
certificate shall be executed by the officers of the Assaciation
with the formalities of a deed. The amendment shall be effective
when"such certzficate and copy of the amendment are recorded in
th~e Public Records of 5t. Lucie County, Florida.
9. Manaqement Ac~reement. Simultaneously with the adoption of
these By-Laws, the Association, by and through its original Board of
pir~ctors and Officers, has entered into an agreement with RECAP
MANAGEMENT GORPORATION, a Florida corporation. Each apartment o~mer,
his heirs, successors and assigns, shall be bound by said Management
Agreem~nt to the ~ame extent and e£fect as if they had executed said
N.anagement Agreement for the purposes therein expressed. It is
specifically recognized that somP or a11 of the persons comprising
the original Board of Directors an~ Officers of the Association are
owners of some or all of the stock of th~ ~.~id Management Company,
and that such circumstances shall not be construed or c~nsidered as
a bzeach of their duties and obligations to the Association, nor as
yroun~'s for the invalidation of the Management Agreement'in Kfiole
or in part.
