Riqhts of Institutional First Mortqaqees. (1) Definition. An ins±itutional first mortgagee is ' defined as a bank, savings and loan assciciation, insurance , cor.~pany or trust holding a first mortgage secured by a con- ~ ~ominium apartment unit. ~ r 2?
