WHEREAS, the Board o~ County Comanissianers of St. Lucie
County, Florida held a public hearing on the 6th 3ay of February,
1973, after first publishing a natice of said heariny in the
News Tribune, at Fort Pierce, Flc~cida on the 22nd day of January,
1973, on closing, vacating and abandoning the following described
portion of a Drainage Easement, and renouncing and disclaiming
any right af St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands
lying within said portion of said Drainage Easement in St. Lucie
County, Florida described as follows:
Easterly one (lj foot of the 25 foot drainage
easenient between Lots 179 and 180'of Sheraton
Plaza, Unit III, Replat, as recorded in Plat
Book 16, at Page 12 of the Public: Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida
and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing there were no objt~ctions to
closing, vacating and abandoning said portion of said Drainage
Easement and renouncing and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie
~ County and the public in and to the lands lying within said portion
f
~ of said Drainage Easemen~, and in the opinion of the Board of
~ County Commiss?~ners, it is to the best interest of the public to
~ close, vacate and abandon said portiori of said Drainage Easement
and disclaim and renounce any right of St. Lucie County and the
public in and to the lands lying within said portion of said Drain-
age Easement.
