PARCEL I- A parcel of land in the SE-1/4 of the NW-1/4 of Section 19,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, Zying south of Okeechobee Road, de-
scribed as follows: Start at the xntersection of the west right-of-
way line of McNeil Road and the South right-of-way Iine of Okeechobee
Road, thence go southwesterly along the said south right-of-way line
of Okeechobee R,oad a distance of 742.69 feet to the point of beginning;
thence go southeasterly to the south boundary of the NW-1/4 of Section
19 to a point that is 410.99 feet from the west right-of~way line of
McNeil Road; thence go west along said quarter section iine a distance
of 883.94 feet to the S~nl corner of the SE-1/4 of the NW-1/4 of said
Section 19; thence go north approximately 177.45 feet to the south
right-of-way line of OkeechobPe Road; thence go northeasterly along
the south right-of-way line of Okeech~bee Road to the point of beginni .
