Subject to the restrictions, reserva*..ions, easements and
covenants that may now be in force and eff~ct as are set out

and recorded on November 24, 1958, in Deed Book 242, Page
632, St. Luci~ County, Florida, public records.
Grantors Quit Claim any interest that they might have in
that portion of the canal as shown on the Plat of Beau
Rivage Heiqhts, recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 33, St. Lucie
County, Florida, lying South of Lot 6 as shown on said p2at
and bounded as follows: On the North hy the South line of
Lot b; on the East by the Southerly extension of the East
line of Lot 6, on the South by the North line of Beau Rivage
No. 4, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
11, Page 33, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records; and
, on the West by the Southerly extension of the West line of
said Lot 6.
