WARRaNTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, Made this 15th day of February ,
A.D., 1973 between GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a corpora-
tion existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, having
a place of business in the County of Dade and State of Florida,
Grantor, and SOUTIiERN BELL TELEPHONF AhD TELEGRAPH COMPArY,
whose post office address is c/o Assistant Comptroller, Taxes,
P. O. Box 2211, Atlanta, Georgia 30301 of the County of Fuiton,
State of Georgia, Grantee,
WITNESSETH: That the said Grantor, for and in the conside-
ration of the sum of Seventy-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-
Three Dollars ($72,733.00), and other good and valuabl~ considera-
tions to said Grantor in hand paid by said Grantee, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has grante~, bargained and sold
to said Grantee, and Grantee's heirs anci assigns forever, the
