the NE 1/4 of Section 8, Townshi:p 35 South, Range
39 Sas~~ and run North 526.40 feet, thence run East
42.5 feet to the point of beginning; from said point ,
of beginning run North 266.8 feet, thence run East ~
264.50 feet, thence run South 56.8 feet, thence run
West 132.25 feet, thence run South 210 feet, thence -
run West 132.25 feet to the point of beg~nning.
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared JOE CREEL, who being first duly sworn did depose and
say:
1. That he is a practicing attorney in Miami,
Florida,wi~h offices at 925 Dupont Building.
2. That he is personally acquainted with the .
grantee in that certain warranty deed dated June 12, 1957,
and recorded in Deed Book 228 at page 548 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, whereby the above
described property was conveyed by Leon Schack and Marg
Schack, his wife, to Claude Ritter.
3. That the aforesaid Claude Ritter is one and
~ the same person as ~laude D. Ritter, Jr., the grantor in
` ~hat certain warranty deed dated November 14, 1958, and ~
~ recorded in Deed Book 244 at a e 595 of the public records

` of St. Lucie County, Florida, whereby the above described

property was conveyed to Dq,~d Investments, Inc., a Florida ~
~
corporation. '
4. That on May 24, 1963, the aforesaid Dowd Invest-
ments, Inc., a Florida corporation,was dissolved for non-

payment of capital stock taxes. ~
~ ~ 5. That at the time of such dissolution he and the

~ aforesaid Claude Ritter, also known as Claude D. Ritter,
~ Claude D. R~tter, Jr., or C. D. Ritter, and Gertrude Ritter, ~
