~rere the sole directors of said corporation and as such
became the board of trustees for the ?roperty owned by
said corporation.
6. That on March_12, 1970, that he and the aforesaid
Claude D. Ritter and Gertrude Ritter as sole trustees of Dowd
Investments, Inc., conveyed the above-described property to
~iilliard Johnson and Bobbie Johnson, his.wife, by special
warranty dee3, which deed has been recorded in O.R. Book 183
at page 1933 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
7. That at the time of execu~ion of the aforesaid
deed, he and the said Claude D. Ritter and Gertrude Ritter
were duly qualified to ast as such trustees,
8. That the appellations Claude Ritter, Claude D.
Ritter, Claude G. Ritter, Jr., and C. D. Ritter are various
names for one and the same individual; and further affiant
sayeth not.
