R~L~ASE AND SATISFACTION
Rt~ON ALL MEN 8Y THESE PRESBNTS:
WHEREAS, Roliday O:it in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a Florida
corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Mortgagar", by Inden-
[nre bearing date of April 24, 1972, and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court in O.R. Book 201, Page 1959, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, granCed and conveyed to
Cit{.~ens Bank of Palm 8each County, h'est Palm Beach, Florida, here -
inafter referred to as "Mortgagee", and its assigns, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum
of Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) Dollars, together with in-
terest as specified therein;
AND WHEREAS, the sai2 Mortgagor has requested the said Mort-
gagee to release the premfses hereinafter described, being a part
of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
Mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, the said Mortgagee, in consideration of the
sum of TEN ($10.001 DOLLARS and other good and valuable considera-
tions tu it in hand paid, the receipt of Which is hereby acknow-
ledged, does remise, quit clair~, exonerate and discharge from the
l.ien and operation of said mortgage unto the said Atortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portio^ of the premises con-
veyed by said Mortgage, more garticularly described as follows:

VENTURE nUT AT INDIAN RIVER, INC., a Condominium, as the
same appears by and upon a plat of the same of record in
the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucfe
County, Florida, in P1at Book 16, Page 24, to which said
place specific reference is hereby made for a more complete
description of the premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
Hortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of-said Mortgage, and every
part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein
contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect
lien or encumbrance of the sforesaid ;fortgage on the remaining
mortga~ed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused this instrument
