THIS DEED made the c~`~ day of February 197 3,
by G. ALBERT BLOODWORTH an~G. ERNEST BL DWORTH, as surviving
Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in De~d 8ook
230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to KENNETB R. DRF.W
whose post office address is
hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH; That the gr.antors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, b~rgain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, vi~: _ -
All of B~ock 59, SAN LUCIE PLAZA LNIT OI~E, according to the
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 57, of the public re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Fiorida.
SU ~[3JECT to reservations, res~rictions and easements of record.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hsreditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby cover_ant with said grantees that in
all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers veste~d in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
I9 7 2 . .
