WHERSAS, the said W. E. WALRER'is the holder of
a certain option to purchase given by Wayne U. Sines and
Maude M. Sines, his ~tife, dated January 18, 1973, a copy
of which option, marked exhibit "A",is attached hereto
and by reference made a part hereof; and #
WHEREAS, the aforesaid option is freely assignable; ~
and
WAEREAS, the Assignors wish to assign the aforesaid

option to purchase to Assignee; ~
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consider-

` ation, Assignors hexeby assign, transfer and setover unto

i Assignee all of their right, title and interest in the
