HomeMy WebLinkAbout0705 (i ~ ~~S 1tESOLUTION NO. 73-1 W~REAS, the FOR~ PIERCE PORT & AIRPORT AUTHORITY by Resolution adopted on October 31, 1962 and recorded in C~ficial Record Book 49, at pages 426 to 430, established certain pro- tective covenants as to the Airport Industrial Paric, Unit 1, as recorded in Plat Book 12, at page 40, which were amended by reso- lutions recorded in Official Record Book 167, at gages 1465 and 1466, and Official Record Book 168, at Page 1986, a~u WHEREAS, Paragraph No. 21 of Part "C" of said restrictive covenants expressly reserves to said Port and Airport Authority the right to modify such restrictions. NOW, TI~REFORE, BE IT RESQLVED by the Board of Cor•.~mission- ers of the Fort Pierce Port and Airport Authority in meeting _ assembled this 20th day of February, 1973~ that said restrictive covenants are further amended to read as follows: "Part C - GENERAL. 3. No fence, hedge or wall shall be erected, ~ placed or altered within thirty (30) feet of the j front line facing on a street or within twenty ~ ~ (20) feet of the side line facing on.a street. 13.
