for the oonstruction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities ~inciuding wires, poles, guys, cables,
oonduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the ~ight to reconstruct, improve, add
ta, change the size of o~ remwe such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cu~ trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, undef, and across my/our pro-
