2.2 Special men~bers' meetings shatl be held wi~enever called
by the F~resident or ~'ice ~'resident or by a rr~~iority of the board of dlrectore,
anci r.•ust be called by such ~f°icers upon recei~t of a v~~ritten cequest from
n e~bers entitled ta cast one-third of the votes of the entire rr:embership.
