to vote shait be established hy the record tltle to his apartment. If an
apartment is owned by n:ore than one person. or i~ under lease, the p~rson
entitled to cast the vote for the apartment shali be designated by a certtficate
signed by atl of the record owners of the apart~:ent and filed with the ~ecrz-
tary of Lhe Association. If an apartmer.t ia owned by a corporation, the per-
son ~ntitted to cast the vote for the apartment shali be designated by a certi-
ficate signed by the l~resident or Vice Fresident and attested by the Secretary
or A~sistant Secretary of the corporation and filed with the Secretary ef the
t~ssociation. Such certificates shall be valid until revoked or until super-
seded by a subaequent certificate or until a change in the ownership of the apart-
ment cor.cerned. A certificate designating the person entitled to cast the vote
of an apartment may be revoked by ~ny owner of an apartment. If such a certi-
ficate ie not on file, the ~~ote of such owr,ers shall not be considered in deter-
mining the requiren-ent for a quorum nor-for any other purpose.

proxy n~ay be made by any person entitled to vote anci shall be valid oniy
for the particular ;~-eeting c~esignated in the proxy and must be filed with
