Directors. 3.1 Memberehip. The aifaire oi the Aasaciation shall be man- aged by a board of not leee than three and no more th8a seven directors, the exact number to be determiaed at the time oi election. A nominating commlttee of three (33 membere shall ~ be appointed by the board of directore not less than 3~ day8 prior to the sn- ~ nual m~mbers' meeting.
