closed the sales of all apartments of the condominium, or until Janua~y 1,

3. Directors.
3.1 Memberehip. The aifaire oi the Aasaciation shall be man-
aged by a board of not leee than three and no more th8a seven directors, the
exact number to be determiaed at the time oi election.
