3.6 ~'pecial n~eetings of th~ directors rr.ay be called by the F're-
si-~ent and n~ust be called by the Secretary at the written request of one-thlyd
of !he dii•ectnrs. :~ot le~s thsn ihree days' notice of the n~eeting shall be
~;iven person~lly or bS• n~ail, telephone or telegraph, which notice shall
state the tin,e, place and purpose of the meeting.
3.7 ','4aiver of r.otlce. Qny director r.:ay waive notfce of a
n;eeting before or after the n~eeting and such waiver shall be deemed equiva- ~
lent to ihe giving of noti~e.
3.8 ~ quarum~ at directars' meetings shall consist of a major-
ity of the entire boai•d of directors. The acts a~proved by a msjority af
those present at a rr eetizg at w•hich 3 quorum~ i~ present shall cor~ti:ute the
• ac`_s of the hoarc; of directorG, except :vhen approval by a greater r.urr+bei- of
directors is required by the Peclaration of Condon:inium, the r~rtieles of In-

director~ there be less than a quorun~ present, the rr~ajority of those pre-

3. 10 Joinder in rr:eeting by ap roval of minutes. ~he jainder
