6. ;~~n audit of the accounts of the Associattan ahall be n~ade
annually by a c~rtified public accountant, and a copy of the audit report ehall
be furnished to each n~eirber not later than April 1 of the year follawing the
ye~r for which the audit is made. ~
6. 8 Fldelity bonds shall be : equlred by the board oi directors
from all persons handling or responsible f~r Aeaociat~ton funds. The amount
o~' such bonds shalt be uetermined by the directara~ but shall not l~e leas than
one-half o:' the smount of the total annual assessments a~ainst members for
common expenses. The nren:ium on such bonda shs~ll be pald by the Associa-
tion.
' :'arlian:entary rules. Roberts' l~ules of C~rder (latest edition) stiall
govern the conduct of Association ineetings when not In conflict with th~ ~~e-
claration of Condomin:un:. ~?rticles of Incorporation or these Bylaws.
II. Amendmeuts. These Bylaws may be am~nded in the following
