~ WHEREAS, ~he State of Florida Department of Transportation has advised
that the property hereinafter described is not necessary for highway purposes,
and has approved to the ext°nt hereinafter set forth;
NOW THEREFORE, The State of Florida, through the State of Florida Board
of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, in consideration of the
sum of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) and the foregoing considerations has remised,
released, and quitclaimed, and by these presents does rec~ise, release and
quitclai m unto the said Allen R. GYow, Tnistee
and -~S he~rs and assigns forever all righ~s, title, interest,
claim and demand arising out of the following reservation, to-wit:
RESERVING UNTO THE STATE OF FLORIDA eas~ment for State Road R3ght of
Way Tv?•o Hundred (200) feet wide lying equally on each side of the
centerline of any State Road existing on the date of this deed through
so much of any parcel herein described as is within One Hundred (100)
feet of said ceiiterline,

said right of way described as fol].ows:
