CERTIFICATE OF TRANSFER
tYHEREAS, ISAIAH LUCAS did file a certain Claim of Lien on
December 27, 2972, recorded in Official Record Book 209, Page 1182,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, with reference to th~
following described property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to wit:
Lot Ten (10), Rlock Three (3), ST. JAMES PARK
SUBDIVISION, according to the pla~ thereof, as
recorded in Plat Boak S, Page 58, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. .
38XX St. Francis, Fort Pierce, Florida.
and,
WHEREAS, KINGREY, INC., A Florida corporation, as principal,
has filed a cash bond to discharge said Claim of Lien as provided
by Florida S~atute 713.24 (1)(a) with the Glerk of the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, Florida, on February 2~ ~,1973; said deposit
being conditioned to pay any judgment or decree which may be rendered
for the satis£action of the lien for which such Claim c~f Lien was
recorded.
Such ~:ash bond is as follows: ~1,275.00 being the amount
claimed in the Claim of Lien; plus interest at 6~ per year for tkree
years in the amount of ~229.50 plus ~100.00 to apply on any Court
Cost which may be taxed in any proceedings to enforee said lien,
for a total sum of S1,6C4.50.
NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court in
and for St. Lucie County, Florida, does hereby certify the transfer
of the subject lien from the real property described above to the
cash bond above, and does further certify that a true copy hereof
has been mailed, by certified mail, to the Lienor, ISAIAH LUCAS,
3103 Avenue T, ~t. Pierce, Florida, this ~ day of
