48/100 ($988.48) Dollars against certain property belonging to
Paul Kingrey situated in S t. Lucie County, Florida and described
as follows:
Lot Ten (10~, Black Three (3), ST. JAMES p~?RIC SUBDIVISION,
accord'ng to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5,
Page 58, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

and on which is located certainimprovements constructed under a
contract between myself and said lienor, and ~
WHEREASt I, the owner, desire to transfer s aid lien from
such real property to this security pursuant to the provisions of
F.S.A. 713r24, and said lien is recorded in O.R.Book 208,page 2928
for s aid county, and
~ WHER$AS, this undertaking is executed for the purpose of
transferring said lien from that real property to this security.
NOWt THEREFORE, the condition of this obligation is such
( that I will pay any judgment or decree which ma be rendered as
