iNHEREAS, ROBERT G. GRANT, did file a certain Complaint to
Foreclose Mechanic and Diaterialmen's Lien on December 13, 1972
with reference to the following described property situate in

which said Complaint to Foreclose Mechanic and Materialmen's Lien
was duly filed in the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, Case No. 73 '//7 ; and
WHEREAS, P4UL KINGREY and DONNA KINGREY, his wife, ar3
f K_INGREY, INC., A Florida corporation, have filed a cash bond to

~ discharge said lien as provided by Florida Statute ?13.24 (1) (a),
with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.Lucie County, Florida,

tioned to pay~any judgment or decree which may be rendered for the
satisfaction of Lhe Complaint to Foreclose biechanic and Material-
men's Lien for which said lien was filed.
Such cash bond is as follows: $988.48 being the amount
claimed in the Complaint to Foreclose Mechanic and Materialmen's

Lien; plus interest at the rate of 6~ per year for three years in
