WNEREAS, parties hereto desire to modify, amend and change some of the
tezms aad provisions of said Mortgage in order that it may set forth the
true, comp2ete an3 iatended agreement between the parties:

the parties do hereby agzee as folZows:
The first-nonth?y payment is shown to be due ~n or hefore the first day ~
of September, 1972 and the ~inal monthly paymen~ is shown to be due
on or before the firs~ day of Auqust, 1997 , l+.ortgagors and Mortgagee
are desirous of a~er.diag the first payment due date to AUril 1, I973
and amending the final ?ayment due date to March l, 1998 at
which tiiae the entire outstanding remaining Principal balance shall be paid
in full.
Except as hereby exoressly modified, all the terms,, covenants, conditions
and provisions of the note and mortgage dated March 18, 1972~ shall
remain in full force and effect. ~
This agree~eent shall be binding upon and enure to the benef it of the
parties hereto, their respective successors, heirs and assigns. -
