1. That they are the owners of the following described property:
Lot 192, SHERATON PLAZA, tTNIT THREE, REPLAT, as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, page 12 of the ~
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there are no mechanics' liens against the premises,
and no claims for labor, services or materials furnished for improving ~

the premises that remain unpaid to date, and that no work has been ~
done nor materials furnished, bills for which remain unpaid. ~
3. That the property is unencumbered by the lien or any judg- ;
ment, writ or ~ttachment, income tax or intangible paoperty tax made
or suffered by the affiants. ~
4. That there are no violations of zoninq ordinances affectinq
the above-described property; that affiants are in possession of the
pacoperty.

5. That affiants make this affidavit wfll knowing that it is
being relied upon and that any false statement contained in it would
subject affiant to all penalties imposed by law. ~
