SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made this 2lsday of Februarv •
1993, between WASH TATE and GWENDOLYN TATE , his wife,
of the County of St, Lucie and State of Florida, hereafter called
the Grantors, and the SECRETARY OF HOOSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMSNT, of
Washinqton, D. C.,_ his successors and assigns, hereafter caJ.~.ed the
Grantee,
WITNESSETE:
That the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of i
Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid by the Grantee, and other valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, grant, barqain
and sell to the Grantee and h~s successors in office, as such, forever,
ths following described land in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida:
Lot 192, SAERA2~ON PLAZA, t1NIT TBREE, REPLAT, as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, page 12 of the
Public Recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
The ~3rantors certify tha~~ they do r,ot own any other property
subject to a mortgage insured or held by the Federal Housing Administration.
This deed is an absolute conveyance in satisfaction of tliat certain
nartqage dated April 1, 1972, filed May 8, 1972, and recorded in Official
Records Book 202 at pages 400-402, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, given by WASH TATE, a single man, and to STOCRTON,

WHATLEY, DAVIN AND COMPANY, which mortgage has been assigned subse-
quently to the BOSTON FIVE CENTS SAVINGS BANK.
To have and to hold the above-described property with appuri~n-
ances unto the Grantee and his successors in office~ as such, forever.
Grantors especially warrant the title to the above-described lands
and will defend them against the lawful claims of any p~rson whomsoever,
claiming by, through or under the Grantors.
