The said property being otherwise generally described as
follows:
The East 240 fezt of the West 400 feet of the South
- 192 feet of the North 417 feet of tract consisting
of the NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of SW Z/4 and E 1/2 of
NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 8, Township 35
South, Range 40 East. ~
2. ~hat the above description as set forth in Paragraph 1 above
is hereby and here~ith made a part of said mortgag~ as though it
had been originally described and incorporated therein.
3. That this agreement shali not be deemed to modify or amend
said mortgage except as specifically set forth herpin, and the
mortgagor hereby ratifies and confirms the said mortgage as modified
and amended hereby.
4. The parties hereto disclaim having any right, title or
interest in or to the erroneously described real property as is
first herein contained.
