If any swn of money referred to be not promptly paid

with and thereafter, at the option of First Partiea, become due -

terminated, and Second Party shall forfeit all payments ~ade by -

Parties in full satisfaction and liquidation of all damagea by
them sustaine3, and First Parties ehall have the right to re-entex
and take posaeesioa of the premises aforesaid ~vithout befng 2i.able
