i North one-half (N 1/2) Lot G, Block 1, Arron Lee's Map of Fort
~ Pierce, Florida, located at the Southeast (SE) corner of the
inters~ction of North Fourth Street and Avenue A, in the
City of Fort Pierce, Fiorida. -
Lessees shall pay to Lessors ~ total rent of $4,200.00 for the two year
term, payable at $150.00 per month for the first 12 months of the term
and at $200.00 per month for the final twelve months of the term, plus
Florida Sales Tax of 4$. I,essees shall have an option to purchase said
property during the first 14 months of said term for a purchase price of
$40,000.00, At the end of said 14 month period, Lessees and T,essors may
negotiate an additional lease term; any additional term would include
Lessees paying any increase in ad valorem tauces over said taxes for
~ the year 1972. After said 14 month period, if Lessees desire to pur-
chase said property, the purchase price would be negotiated between
Lessors and Lessees but there would be a minimum purchase price of
$40,000.00.
