RESQLUTION NO. 73-31
BE IT RESQLVED by che Board of County Commissioners of St.
Lucie County, Florida in meeting assembled this 27th day of
February, 1973 that ~he fifth paragraph of Resolution No. 73-18
is hereby amended to read:
"That the zaning of the following described property in St.
Lucie, to-wit:
Lots 16 through 29, Block 1-D and Lots 30 and
31, B1ock 1-E, San Lucie Plaza, Unit 1, as
recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 57 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
owned by CODY BAILEY, be and the same is hereby changed from R-1C
(one family dwelling) to R-2 (duplex dwellings).
