KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, RICHARD R.
WELSHANS, a single adult and DONAyD E. WELSHANS and THEONE
WELSHANS, his wife, the owners and holders of a certain
mortgage deed executed by PETER M. LEAMING and BRENDA E.
LEAMING, his wife, to RICHARD K. WELSHANS, a single adult
and DONALD E. WELSHANS and THEONE WELSHANS, his wife, bearing
date the 15th day of May, 1972, recorded in Official Records
Book 202, page 1652, in the office of the Clerk of Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, ~tate of Florida, securing that
certain note in the principal sum af $19,425.00 and certain
Qromises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said County and State described
as follows, to wit:
PARCEL 1: T'he SW 1/4 of Lot 19, of WHITE CITY SUB-
DIVISION in Section 3, Township 36 South, Range ~

Book 1 at page 23 of ~he public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM all rights of way~for public
roads.
PARCEL 2: The South 332.10 feet of the East 1/2 of .
Lot 19, of Section 3, Township 36 South, Range 40
East, ALSO, that part of Lot 25 more particularly
described as fo2lows: Commencing 5 chains East of
the SW corner of the NE 1~4 of said Section 3, run
thence North 10 chains, thence East 15 feet, thence
South 10 chains, thence West 15 feet to point of
beginning, lying and being in White City, a sub-
division as per plat thereof on file in Plat Bbok _
1, page 23, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and
mor~gaqe deed, and surrender the same as cancelled; and hereby
direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same
of record.
