WHEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a Florida
corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Mortgagor", by Inden-
ture bearing date of April 24, 1972, and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court in O.R. Book 201, PAge x959, Public
Records of S[. Lu~ie County, Florida, granted and conveyed to
Citizens Bank of Palm Beach County, h'est Palm Beach. Florida, here-
inafter referred to as "Mortgagee", and its assigns, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum
of TWO Hun~red Thousand {$200,000.00) Dollars, together with in-
terest as specified therein; '
AND NHEREAS, the said ~tortgaRor has requeSted the said riart-
gagee to release the premises hereinafter descrihed, being a gart
of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation.of said
Mortgage;
NON, THEREFORE, the said Mortgagee, in consideration of the
sum of TEN ($10.Q0) DOLLARS and other good and valuable :.onsider~-
tions to it in hand paid, the receipt of whfch is hereby acknov-
ledged, does remise, quit clain, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said Mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the prec~ises con-
veyed by said ;tortgage, more particularly described as follows:

VBNTURE OUT AT INDIaI~ RIVER, INC., a Condominium, as the
same appears by and upon a glat of the same of record in
the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie
County, Florida, in Plat Book 16, Page 24, to which_said
place specific reference is hereby made for a more complete
description of the premises.
TO HAVE Aha TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
I~Iortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said riortgage, and every
paxt thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein
contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining
moxtgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
