Personally appeared before me, the undersigned
authority, authorized to take osths and acknowledgments in
the State and County aforesaid, 3. R. ERRETT, who being first
duly cautioned and aworn by me did upon his oath state as -
follows : ~
1. That he is ~he same J. R. ERRETT, who appears
as a Mortgagee in that ce~in morCgage dated January 29,
1957, and filed April 15, 1957, in Mortgage Book 136, at
Page 96, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in the original amount of $I97,250.00.
2. That Power of Attorne~ was given to the Affiant
on April 1S, 1957, which Power of Attorney was filed on April
15, 1957, under Clerk's Number 56760, in the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the said Power of Attorney was given to
the Affiant b~y the Mortgagees in the aforesaid Mortgage, to
wit:
HENRY S. MORGAN and BESSIE L. MORGAN, his wife;
MARY H. ERREZT, wife of J. R. ERRETT; JAMLS L,
McILVAINE and LILLIAN S. McILVAINE; his wife;
HERMAN F. BOYER and LEQNA M.BOYER, his wife.
4. That the Affian*_ executed a Satisfaction of
Mortgage on September I8, 1968, which was filed at Official
, Records Book 173, Page 1936, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, exercising the said Power of Attorney
in doing so, and satisfying ~he mortg~ge referred to in
Paragraph 1 herein.
