first part and BERTIS BLACKWE:LDER whose mailing address is Route #1,
Box 265-A, .Iaiden, North Carolina 28650 of the County of Mecklenburg and
State of North Carolina, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consideration to then in hand
paid, the rpceipt whereof is heEb}• acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold
and conveyed, and by these gresents do grant, bargain, sell, convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second part and her heirs and assigns
forever, all that certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of

reversion, remainder and easement thereto belonging or in anywise agpertaining:
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.

the second part that they are laWfully seized of the said premises, that
they are free frop all encwnbrances and that they have good right and lawful
authoritv to sell the same; and the said parties of the first part do
hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against
