KIRTS, his wife, did on February 1, 1973, make, etiecute and deliver a certain mortgage deed to FIRST FEDERAL SAVING~ AND LOAN ASSOCIATION QF FORT PIERCE, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, which mortgage was recorded in O. R. Book 210 at page 2836 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, aiid which mortgage deed sought to encumber , a parcel of land in Block 8 of W'ILBUWE Subdivision in St. Lucie _ County, Florida, as security for an original principal debt of $13,000.00 evidenced by a promissory note, a copy of which was set out in said mortgage deed; and WIiERLAS, the description of the property as set forth in said mortgage is in error in that the Block number was not specified therein, and the mortgagor and mortgagee have mutually agreed that said mortgage shall be modified and amended so as to correct the erroneous description; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other good and valuable considerations and the mutual covenants and promises herein made and the sum of One Dollar ($1.04) each to the other paid, TERRY L. KZRTS and KATHRYN A. KIRTS, his wife, hereinafter called the Mortgagor and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERGE, hereinafter called the Mortgagee, agree as follows: 1. That the mortgage dated February 1, 1973 and recorded in O. R. Book 210 at page 2836 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, shall be modified, amended and corrected so that the description of the property encumbered by said mortgage shall be as follows: Z~he South 45 feet of Lot 12 and the North 30 feet of Lot 13, Block 8, WILBtJWE, according ' to the Plat thereof in Plat Book 6, page 24, public records, St. Lucie County, Florida. 2. That the above description as set forth in Paragraph 1 above is hereby and herewith made a part of said mortgage as though ' it had been originally described and incorporated therein. 4 3. That this agreement shall not be deemed to modify or amend ~ said mortgage except as specifically set forth herein, and the ~ mortgagor hereby ratifies and confirms the s~.id mortgage as modified ~ and amended hereby. 4.
