cor.cerning property settlement -shall be incorporated by reference
and made a part of this final judyment the same as if. fully set
out herein except as modified by t:~is Final ,7udyment.
5. ATTORNEYS FEES - The llefendant shall pay ~he P3aintiff's
attorney, RUBERT E. 5TONE, the sum of $50.00 for preparation of
the Separatiori Agreement. All other costs and fees shall be
paid by the oarties as incurred.
6. JUI2ISDICTION - This Court shall retain jurisdiction
. of this cause.for entry of such further orders as m,ay be proper.
